RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS

Þ REPESCT YOUR NEIGHBORS: PLEASE KEEP OUT OF OCCUPIED SITES….PETS INCLUDED.

Þ  CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 AM unless by prior arrangement with the office. All overnight guests must be registered with the office. Only Registered Guests of the Resort are permitted to use the facilities.

Þ  SPEED LIMIT: Please observe 10 MPH speed limits

Þ  QUIET HOURS:10 PM TO 7 AM. Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise as they may have an early departure.

Þ  CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

Þ  PETS: Pets are a privilege. YOURS PET’S MESS IS YOUR MESS, SO PLEASE CLEAN UP IMMEDIATELY. Dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times while outside your RV. Never leave your pet unattended. Vicious or loud pets will not be allowed. No dog houses allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED.

Þ  RESTROOMS/SHOWERS: Restrooms and showers are checked and maintained regularly. Please do your part to keep them clean. Please notify the staff if any or our facilities need attention.

Þ  NO PARKING IN EMPTY RV SITES.

Þ  SWIMMING POOL: Hours are posted. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Children under 14 may not swim without adult supervision 18 years or older. Proper swim attire must be worn. NO DIAPERS.

Þ  PATIO & RV SITE: All lots shall remain uncluttered. No storage of any type allowed.

Þ RVs: Only modern, fully self-contained RVs are allowed. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission of vehicles not meeting Resort standards. Shells must remain on pickup trucks, unless otherwise approved by management. 

Þ VEHICLE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE: No lubrication, oil changes, fabrication, body work, painting, etc., on site, except by professional mobile repair companies authorized by the Resort Office. RV/car washing is allowed; please conserve water as much as possible.

Þ  SUMMARY: The management reserves the right to change these rules whenever it proves to be in the best interest of the residents of the Resort. WE HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY.
